My Bio
Hey, I'm Olivia! I've been writing poetry since I was a little girl. I love words; I think they are the most beautiful things in the world. You can also find some photography on here. I am by no means a photographer, but I love images almost as much as I love words. I am a strong believer that poems are just art drawn in words. I also have some short stories and anecdotes on here. Aside from writing, I love music. I think it's another beautiful entity that we are gifted with. I have come a very long way since I started posting on this account. I love that my journey is documented. A lot of my works are rants or thoughts or ideas or, most frequently, things I wrote while in the shower. But it all means something. And I am so happy that so many people have seen my work. Even if their thoughts were brief or negative or whatever, they thought something. And the fact that tens of thousands of people have thought something while looking at my work is amazing. What more could an author ask for?

It is NOT the way out. There are always options.
If you ever feel alone, or like it is the only choice for you, please please talk to somebody. A teacher, a parent, a counselor, a friend, a stranger.
Also, please realize that your everyday actions affect the lives of everyone around you. Yelling at that cashier could send him over the edge. Complimenting a stranger's scarf could save her life that night.
Remember that your words have power, both good and bad.
Also remember that you are special. I can guarantee it.
I hate thinking that he died not knowing how special he was.

So, I just wrote this new poem/song/I-don't-know-what-it-is-because-it's-everything called "Remember Me." I got inspired to write it while listening to a song at one in the morning. Once I started I couldn't stop. Have you ever had that feeling of complete and total inspiration? There is nothing like it. I think I just had a religious experience writing this.
Partway through writing the piece, I got a phone call from a good friend of mine. She was sobbing. She had a knife in her hand and blood on her bed and she was begging me to make the bleeding the pain the hurt stop. She's fine now; I talked her through walking to the bathroom, disinfect

Happy anniversary. To myself.
I don't think it's to the day, but I have been uploading things under this account for a year now. I've made so much progress in the past year, both poetically and emotionally. In the past year, I've broken a no-cutting streak, stopped again, started again, but have now stopped for over 8 months. I've loved and been heartbroken, whilst simultaneously I have been loved and been the heartbreaker. I've danced and sang and laughed and cried.
Now, I'm not just babbling about myself. (Okay, yes, I am.) But I actually have a point. The point is that, for once, I GOT IT ALL DOCUMENTED. Everything that's happened to me

Im gunna be that guy. I was kinda skimming through your gallery and was reading some of your works and seeing a few of your pics you have up, when a few things came to my mind. One, I am sorry for your loss, I know that it has been a couple of years it seems, but I see it has hit you extremely hard. Two, I, personally, will never understand the pain that you have put yourself through, but, I am sorry that there are times where it must me done. I have never done it, but I know people that have and have an understand as to why. Being a stranger, I just wanted you to know, that no matter what anyone says, your dA family will always back in through thick and thin, and if not... well, my... uh... wall I guess is the best way to put it lol, is always open if you wanna talk. Three, I have to say it, youre eyes are gorgeous and you seem extremely pretty also.

hey olivia, i know we dont really know each other but i love your use of words and the emotions they reflect. Sorry if it kind of awkard that i found you.... i wont judge you or tell anyone, i just wanted you to know that i think your very talented.
